If you are like most people, you have left the world of compact discs behind. The advantages of streaming music become so much more pronounced where rifling through stacks of CDs could be aggravating and downright dangerous.
But it’s hard to know which music streaming service is the best. We take a look at the two biggest players: Apple Music vs. Spotify.
The people who love Apple Music are the people who love iTunes, and use it a lot. This is because when you use Apple Music, your entire iTunes library—no matter if you ripped a CD or bought it from iTunes—will appear in your Apple Music library.
Apple Music has also managed to attract Taylor Swift, unlike Spotify. The big difference between the two services in the future may be who holds the license to your favorite artist.
The most obvious benefit to Spotify is the sheer number of the collection. They currently offer 30 million tunes, with another 20,000 added every day. People who already use Spotify, and don’t use iTunes, are almost definitely going to stick with Spotify. Unless they are a Taylor Swift fan.
